Krill are small shrimp-like crustaceans packed full of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),
phospholipids, choline and astaxanthin.
The astaxanthin in krill helps to make it more effective in supporting joint comfort and mobility, as well as the neuro-protective qualities of the oil.
